To secure any dates a £100 deposit is required on booking for all stays of two weeks or less. For stays over 2 weeks a £50 additional deposit is due per extra week booked. The full balance for any stay is due no later than 28 days before arrival or on booking if the stay is less than 28 days away. All payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation. All guests are strongly advised to take out travel insurance even if travelling from the UK to ensure any payment is not lost due to ill health, bereavement, transport or other problems.

In cases where full payment for the stay has been received and cancellation occurs I can attempt to rebook the apartment and refund any payment minus additional costs incurred due to the cancellation e.g. advertising, credit card transaction fees, reduction in price due to late availability etc. The more notice received the higher the sum that is likely to be refunded in such circumstances.
