Central Brighton Town House Holiday Home Brighton Residential Cooking Courses

Fancy learning how to cook food to Michelin star standards whilst staying in Brighton in a holiday home built for ladies in waiting for the Royal Pavilion?  My Holiday Let is offering you this opportunity starting from £125 per head per night (minimum 10 person group booking).

We are pleased to announce that we are now working with French chef Ben Mesa of the Brighton Cookery School to offer residential cooking classes tailored to your requirements.

Ben who has worked in Michelin star restaurants and is accustomed to preparing food for the Queen and the Sultan of Quatar is working with us to offer you the opportunity to tailor make a cooking course to your requirements. Perhaps you wish to learn to prepare the perfect dinner party, New Years Eve party food or make chocolates for your friends?

Looking for an activity to do with the kids for the school holiday? Courses can be organised which allow you to pick your own produce from local farms, perhaps catch your fish on a local fishing charter boat or select it directly from the catch of local fisherman and then be trained how to cook it to French fine dining standards.

Whether you have also wanted to learn to cook Pasta, French, Thai, Vietnamese or Indian food courses can be arranged around your exact requirements.  Some classes can take place in the house or in the purpose built Brighton Cookery school which is a short walk from the holiday home.

Whether you are looking to organise a corporate event, activity with friends or a family getaway with a difference, a Brighton residential cooking course at My Holiday Let starts from just £125 per person which is all inclusive (minimum 10 person group booking). Whatever your taste, these residential cooking classes are limited by your imagination, tailor your course to your requirements and be sure to have an enjoyable time with high quality experienced chefs.
