Views of Brunswick Square gardens and the sea are visible from outside the flat. It is centrally located and within a one-minute walk from the beach and many of the best restaurants and bars in Brighton and Hove. In ten minutes, you can reach almost all of the main tourist and shopping facilities in Brighton. These include Brighton Sealife Centre, The Palace Pier and The Royal Pavillion, the Historic Lanes shopping area, Brighton’s Theatre Royal and Kemptown; making this Brighton holiday apartment the perfect place to stay.

The flat is ideally suited for families looking for a short break, conference attendees or a group of friends. It is only a fifteen-minute walk from Brighton and Hove stations. Street parking is located within a short walk from the flat as well. Bus services frequently run to Brighton Marina, making it easily accessible.

The Bedrooms

There are two double bedrooms. A twin bedroom can be reconfigured from a double bedroom. The mattresses are pocket sprung for comfort and the bedding is of the highest quality Egyptian cotton. If you have children in your group a free travel cot is available on request.

The Bathrooms

The main bathroom has a bath with over head shower. High-quality Egyptian cotton towels are provided for your use. The twin bedroom features a separate en suite shower room.

The Dining Area and Living Room

The dining area in the lounge and seats up to six. A highchair is available on request.

The Kitchen

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. This includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with ice box, microwave, coffee machine and everything you would expect to see.

The Location

The holiday rental apartment is located close enough to all the main tourist attractions to be able to comfortably walk to them. The immediate area has a high number of excellent restaurants, bars and food shops located within no more than a minutes walk. These include a couple of French Patisserie shops, a French cheese and wine shop, a Sainsbury’s and Tesco Express within a two-minute walk. A large Waitrose is a 5-minute walk away by foot. Brunswick Square and the sea is visible as soon as you leave the property. It is a grade 1 historic square that is considered to be the finest example of regency architecture in the city.

Parking is available outside the building and is via a daily permit system which currently costs £13 a day. Free parking is available a 30-minute walk away.

Restrictions
Please note that the pets are not allowed in the property. The property is also non-smoking and non-vaping. However, there is a small outside are where this is possible.
