From outside the flat there are views towards Brunswick Square gardens and the sea. It is centrally located and within a one minute walk from the beach and many of the best restaurants and bars in Brighton and Hove. Almost all of the main tourist and shopping facilities in Brighton can be reached within no more than a ten minute walk including Brighton Sealife Centre, The Palace Pier and The Royal Pavillion, the Historic Lanes shopping area, Brighton’s Theatre Royal and Kemptown; making this Brighton holiday apartment the perfect place to stay.
The flat is ideally suited for families looking for a short break, or for those with children or those attending Conferences at the nearby Brighton Centre. It is only a fifteen minute walk from Brighton and Hove stations. Street parking and NCP carparks are located within a short walk from the flat as well. There is a frequent bus service to Brighton Marina which is situated on the outskirts of Brighton.
There are two bedrooms a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. The double bedroom has a king-size bed. The mattresses are pocket sprung for comfort and the bedding is of the highest quality Egyptian cotton. If you have children in your group a free travel cot is available on request.
The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. High quality Egyptian cotton towels are provided for your use. There is also a separate en suite shower room with toilet attached to the twin bedroom.
The Dining Area
The dining area in the lounge seats up to six. A highchair is available on request.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. This includes a dishwasher.
It is located close enough to all the main tourist attractions to be able to comfortably walk to them. The immediate area has a high number of excellent restaurants, bars and food shops located within no more than a minutes walk. These include a couple of French Patisserie shops, a French cheese and wine shop, a Sainsbury’s and Tesco Express within a two minute walk. A large Waitrose can be reached by foot and is a 5 minutes away by foot.
Parking is available outside the building and is via a daily permit system which currently costs £12 a day. Free parking is available a 30 minute walk away.
