Please note Easter, Bank holidays, Gay Pride weeks, Party Conference weeks, Christmas and New Year weeks are charged at the full high season rates. Weekend bookings are available off season but please note there is a minimum charge for booking the flat which varies depending on the time of year. To secure a booking £100 deposit is required. The full balance is then due no later than 28 days before arrival. Parking outside the apartments can be provided at a daily rate of £6 a day.
