Sea Breeze Cottage

This is a very centrally located pretty regency cottage. It sleeps a maximum of 10 and has 5 single beds in two bedrooms, an adult bunk bed in the third bedroom and 3 additional guests can sleep on the two large sofa beds.

If you wish to be literally a stones throw away from all Brighton’s main attractions this is the property for you. You will certainly not need a car during your stay as everywhere you are likely to wish to visit in Brighton is a short walk away. It is a 5 minute to the main tourist attractions e.g. hundreds of excellent restaurants, bars, beach, i360, Pavilion, Brighton Centre, The Laines, the main shopping areas, bars, pier or night clubs. A large Waitrose is located no more than three minutes away.

The Lounge and Dining Area

The lounge has two large double sofa beds and a dining area which seats up to 11 for family occasions or large group events such as birthdays and hen nights. A private chef can be booked if required.

It is fully equipped with a new Panasonic Freesat 42 inch TV. Full free WiFi is also included in the price.

The Kitchen

This house has a large and new fully equipped kitchen and includes everything you are likely to want to prepare for a large group dinner.

There are two public car parks a short walk away. Free parking is a 20 minute or approximately an £8 taxi ride away. An allocated parking space is often available with this property.

The Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms. One with a twin bed that also can be zipped and linked into a king-size bed. This bedroom has an en suite shower room. There is also a second bedroom that has three beds, two of which can be zipped and linked into a double bed. There is a third bedroom that has an adult bunk bed. There are also additionally two double sofa beds in the living room. The beds have been selected to be very comfortable. Linen and towels are provided and are all high quality Egyptian cotton.

The Bathrooms

There are two bathrooms in the property. One is on the first floor landing and the second is an en suite shower room attached to the second bedroom.

The Garden

There is a small pretty decked, cottage garden. An ideal place to eat lunch or have a quiet drink before going out. Please note to prevent disturbance to the neighbours the garden cannot be used after 9pm.

Arriving by Car

Please note Brighton is located at the bottom of the A23. To avoid tourist traffic on entering Brighton it is quickest to reach the house by travelling via Dyke Road Avenue.

Arriving by Train

The train station is a short walk away and can be reached by foot. However the route from Brighton station is very hilly and with bags you may prefer to catch a taxi which costs £5. The bus service from the station is the number 7 and leaves approximately every 15 minutes, This costs just under £2 each way. The bus will probably take you longer to catch than it would to walk from the station. From London trains leave from Victoria and London Bridge leave very frequently (every 15 minutes during the week) and take hour. Trains from Gatwick take 35 minutes and are also very frequent.

Airport transfers and taxis

For groups you may find it cheaper to arrive by taxi from Gatwick. The best local taxi company can be reached on 01273 202020 (Brighton and Hove Streamline). You may find a cheaper private hire firm by searching on the Internet.

Accessibility

This house is on two floors. The stairs are easy to climb with a supporting rail. It is not however suitable for those that require wheelchair access or those that are too infirm to manage a small flight of stairs.

1st Apr - 31st Oct 2018 £1,200 for a weekend between April and September. This price is not based on group size.
The price mid-week is based on the number of people in the group and the length of the stay. From October to the end of March the price is £700 for a two night weekend and £100 for mid-week nights. Please note the weekend rate is for groups of up six. There is a £50 additional charge for each person over six staying in the property mid-week.
Please note there is a minimum of a two nights stay at weekends. The weekend rate is not dependant on group size in high season and is off-season. The mid-week rate of £125 is for groups of 4 or below. There is an additional £25 per head per night charge for groups larger than this. An additional £400 refundable security deposit is also paying for all bookings.

An additional £25 is payable per guest per night of the booking for group sizes over 4.
