The sea view three-bedroom maisonette in Brighton is a spacious, elegant duplex seaside holiday apartment on the two floors above the first-floor holiday let apartment. It sleeps a maximum of 12 and has 8 single beds in three bedrooms and 4 additional guests can sleep on the two large sofa beds.
The rooms are generous in size and flooded with light. Oblique sea views feature in the living room and master bedroom. Looking for a large spacious holiday let in the centre of the town that is ideal for family reunions, get togethers of friends or hen nights? Then this is it.
It is the perfect short-term let for large groups of friends or family wanting a getaway or for conference accommodation for the Brighton Centre which is a short walk away. The wifi is also fast making it the ideal property to book for business trips.
The Lounge and Dining Area
Light floods the lounge, which is huge in size (approximately 550 square feet). It has two large double sofa beds and a dining area that seats up to 12 for family occasions or large group events such as birthdays and hen nights.

The Kitchen
This apartment has a large and fully equipped kitchen and includes everything you are likely to want to prepare for a large group dinner of 12 people. It also has two dishwashers, a large fridge freezer, a large oven, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Location
The holiday apartment is the best in Brighton as it is located at the top of Brunswick Square (in Brunswick Place South). Brunswick Square is Grade 1 listed. It is regarded as one of the finest historic Regency Squares in the UK.
If you are looking to stay in the best location in Brighton this is it. The sea and beach is very close by (at the bottom of the square). It is located close enough to all the main tourist attractions to be able to comfortably walk to them.
The immediate area has a high number of excellent restaurants, bars, and food shops located within no more than a minute’s walk. These include a couple of French Patisserie shops, a French cheese and wine shop, and a Sainsbury’s and Tesco’s Express within a two-minute walk. A large Waitrose is a 5 minutes walk away.
Parking is available outside the building and is via a daily permit system which currently costs £13 a day. Free parking is available a 20-minute walk away.

Getting there

Please note Brighton is located at the bottom of the A23. To avoid tourist traffic on entering Brighton it is quickest to reach the apartments by travelling via Dyke Road Avenue. Brunswick Place South is the location of the duplex apartment. As a result, you can’t reach the apartment via the main section of Brunswick Place. To access this section of Brunswick Place you, therefore, need to access it via the seafront and by travelling to the top of Brunswick Square.
Arriving by Train
The train station is about a 25-minute walk away. However, the route from Brighton station is very hilly and with bags, you may prefer to catch a taxi which costs £10. The bus service from the station is the number 7 and leaves approximately every 15 minutes, This costs just under £3 each way. From London, trains leave from Victoria and London Bridge very frequently and take an hour. Trains from Gatwick take 35 minutes and are also very frequent.

Accessibility
This seaside holiday apartment maisonette is on the second and third floors of the building. The stairs are wide and easy to climb with support rails. It is not however suitable for those that require wheelchair access or those that are too infirm to manage stairs.

You can see the sea from the living room and front bedroom as there is an oblique sea view over the regency square gardens to the sea. The shops bars and restaurants are in the next street.
