The Duplex Apartment
The Lounge and Dining Area
Light floods the lounge, which is huge in size (approximately 550 square feet). It has two large double sofa beds and a dining area that seats up to 12 for family occasions or large group events such as birthdays and hen nights.
It is fully equipped with two Samsung 43 inch smart TVs. Full free WiFi is also included in the price and this is a high speed fibre connection.
This apartment has a large and new fully equipped kitchen and includes everything you are likely to want to prepare for a large group dinner.
The apartment is located at the top of Brunswick Square (in Brunswick Place South). Brunswick Place is a Grade 1 listed area and is regarded as one of the finest Regency Squares in Brighton. It is located close enough to all the main tourist attractions to be able to comfortably walk to them. The immediate area has a high number of excellent restaurants, bars and food shops located within no more than a minute’s walk. These include a couple of French Patisserie shops, a French cheese and wine shop, a Sainsbury’s and Tesco’s Express within a two-minute walk. A large Waitrose is a 5 minutes walk away.
Parking is available outside the building and is via a daily permit system which currently costs £13 a day. Free parking is available a 20-minute walk away.
Arriving by Car
Please note Brighton is located at the bottom of the A23. To avoid tourist traffic on entering Brighton it is quickest to reach the apartments by travelling via Dyke Road Avenue. Brunswick Place South is the location of the duplex apartment. As a result, you can’t reach the apartment via the main section of Brunswick Place. To access this section of Brunswick Place you, therefore, need to access it via the seafront and by travelling to the top of Brunswick Square.
Arriving by Train
The train station is about a 25-minute walk away. However, the route from Brighton station is very hilly and with bags, you may prefer to catch a taxi which costs £10. The bus service from the station is the number 7 and leaves approximately every 15 minutes, This costs just under £3 each way. From London, trains leave from Victoria and London Bridge very frequently and take an hour. Trains from Gatwick take 35 minutes and are also very frequent.

Airport transfers and taxis

This seaside holiday apartment maisonette is on the second and third floors of the building. The stairs are wide and easy to climb with support rails. It is not however suitable for those that require wheelchair access or those that are too infirm to manage stairs.
