These include Brighton Sealife Centre, The Palace Pier and The Royal Pavillion, the Historic Lanes shopping area, Brighton’s Theatre Royal and Kemptown; making this Brighton holiday apartment the perfect place to stay.
The flat is ideally suited for families looking for a short break, conference attendees or a group of friends. It is only a fifteen-minute walk from Brighton and Hove stations. Street parking is located within a short walk from the flat as well. Bus services frequently run to Brighton Marina, making it easily accessible.
The Holiday Apartment
There are two double bedrooms. A twin bedroom can be reconfigured from a double bedroom. The mattresses are pocket sprung for comfort and the bedding is of the highest quality Egyptian cotton. If you have children in your group a free travel cot is available on request.
The main bathroom has a bath with over head shower. High-quality Egyptian cotton towels are provided for your use. The twin bedroom features a separate en suite.
The Dining Area
The dining area in the lounge seats up to six. A highchair is available on request.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. This includes a dishwasher.
It is located close enough to all the main tourist attractions to be able to comfortably walk to them. The immediate area has a high number of excellent restaurants, bars and food shops located within no more than a minutes walk. These include a couple of French Patisserie shops, a French cheese and wine shop, a Sainsbury’s and Tesco Express within a two-minute walk. A large Waitrose is a 5-minute walk away by foot.
Parking is available outside the building and is via a daily permit system which currently costs £13 a day. Free parking is available a 30-minute walk away.
